Park City Commons is a 23-acre, master-planned mixed-use development that transformed a former City of Winnipeg Public Works yard into a vibrant, transit-oriented urban community. The project integrates eight mid-rise residential buildings, standalone commercial retail units, landscaped courtyards, and supporting parking infrastructure.

Tower Engineering provided structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services across multiple phases, supporting nearly 1,000 residential suites and more than 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Coordinated systems design and phased construction sequencing enabled accelerated delivery while maintaining long-term performance and operational clarity for the developer.
