Phased renovation and expansion of Price Industries’ Antec Polar facility to modernize manufacturing, training, and office operations within an active site. The project included selective demolition, new two-storey construction, and upgrades to existing facilities.

Mechanical and electrical systems were designed to support manufacturing and paint operations, specialized ventilation, compressed air, service upgrades, and integrated life-safety systems—while maintaining operational continuity. The result is a flexible, future-ready facility that also showcases Price Industries’ own HVAC and controls technologies.
